Ole Miss Athletic Boosters is an unincorporated, non-profit organization that is a qualified charitable organization approved under Section 501(c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code. The purpose is to promote interest in and provide economic and moral support for those athletic programs and teams at Mississinewa High School. To promote public interest and participation in those athletic programs; to solicit and sell business-corporate and family-individual memberships; engage in such projects or activities as will carry out the stated purposes and as necessary, to raise monies or to acquire property to be used in carrying out its stated purposes; to donate money or property for the use and benefit of the Mississinewa athletic programs and teams; to work in conjunction with, to advise or to assist various officials of the Mississinewa High School system who are responsible for the various athletic programs; to purchase or pay for such advertising that supports the stated purposes; to accept donations of cash or property from individuals, groups, or business -corporations to be used to support the purposes of Ole Miss Athletic Boosters
