I'm a UX designer with a background in education. As a teacher, I learned the importance of identifying my students' needs so that I could create engaging and uncomplicated lessons tailored to them. I developed a user-centric philosophy without evening knowing it. Also, I learned that catering to people's needs can yield great results. As a UX designer, I learned how to do so using user research, information architecture, and wireframing.
Born a problem solver, I have always been fascinated with how things work, how tools are used, and how these can be improved to create satisfying solutions.
I'm ready to put my unique perspective of UX design to practice and help make a positive impact in the industry while ensuring users' voices are noticed.
My key skills:
User Research ( User interviews, Competitive Analysis, Usability tests (moderated / unmoderated), A/B testing, Card sorting)
User Personas
User Flows and Customer Journey Maps
