Account Deletion Request

Old Qart : Buy & Sell Near you

If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated data from the Old Qart : Buy & Sell Near you application, you can submit a deletion request using the methods mentioned below.

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data associated with your account will be permanently deleted:

• User profile information (name, email address, profile picture)

• Favorites and saved items

• App preferences and settings

• Marketplace listings created by you

• Images uploaded with your listings

• Firebase Authentication account information

Your account access will be disabled after your deletion request is verified.

2. Data Retention

Your deletion request will be processed after verification.

Deletion requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Once verified, account data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Some information may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.

3. How To Request Account Deletion

Method 1: Delete From The App (Recommended)

1. Open the Old Qart : Buy & Sell Near you application.

2. Login to your account.

3. Open My Profile.

4. Select Delete My Account.

5. Confirm the deletion request.

Method 2: Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the application, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team.

Please send the request from your registered email address and include your username/account details so we can verify your identity.

Manual deletion requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours and, once verified, account data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
