Mr. Tom Jenner, Director, is a recently retired North Carolina School Band Director. Most of his career was spent at Millbrook and William G. Enloe High Schools in Wake County, North Carolina, as well as two years serving as the Director of the Duke University Wind Symphony. Mr. Jenner is in constant demand as a band clinician and adjudicator throughout the Southeastern United States. He is a member of the UNCG Summer Music Camp “Hall of Fame,” the American School Band Directors Association, the North Carolina Music Educators Association, and the College Band Directors Association.
Mr. Jenner received his Bachelor of Music Degree in Music Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where he studied with John Locke. He holds a Master’s Degree in Music Education from Florida State University where he studied with James Croft.
He is a avid disc golfer, surf fisherman, and trombonist.
