• Bookings must be done within our official page to avoid conflict of schedule. No walk ins accepted. Booking must be at least 24 hours in advance (if available).

• For Cancelations or rescheduling your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24hours notice

• Our regular hours of operation is from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Please Arrive 15 Minutes Early.

• Wait for the Studio Assistant permission before proceeding to the music area and use music instruments. It’s also determines the start time of your rehearsal

• Don’t forget to fill out and sign the record form before and after rehearsal time

• Any equipment missing or unreasonably damaged must be paid for at full cost of replacement plus staff time costs, or the full cost of repair (at our option).

• If any equipment is faulty upon entering the room, please notify the staff and don’t hesitate to ask if you have concerns/requests.

• Keep the door closed at all times

• No playing, singing, or shouting in common area or in parking lots. Please respect our neighbours and leave the premises appropriately.

• Please also respect other musicians' time when rehearsing.

• If you did leave something, be sure to message us and we can setup a time to give your item back.

• Leave the room as you found it. Ensure you re-set the drums, return equipment to its original position and  keep the area neat and clean

• Smoking and Vaping is not allowed inside the studio. Please use designated smoking area

• Food and drinks are only allowed in the receiving area. Any spills that cause damage to the studio or equipment will be charged to the client.
