This has, and continues to be an extremely difficult time for everyone. The safety of our Team and Customers is very important to us and to help us through this difficult time we have made some essential changes to how we intend operating. We'll try to maintain our high levels of customer service, but we are mindeful that things are not as easy as before as we've made adjustments based on safety, supplier changes and customer requirements.
We really appreciate your support and patience during this challenging time and ultimately realise that living in rural Herefordshire how vital your vehicle is to you. We'll be trying to operate as normally as possible keeping all of our customers vehicles on the road in line with government guidelines.
We'd appreciate it if you take a couple of minutes to read how to stay safe and protect our workplace.
We will be protecting our Customers & Team by
👍 Returning while maintaining safe social distance between our employees.
👍 Closing our building to public access, minimising risk of transfer between our staff and customers.
👍 All bookings will be by appointment only to help manage workload and customer interaction.
👍 We will be sanitising vehicle touch points as we did prior to our temporary closure, before and after being in the vehicle. We will be covering seats and all staff will wear fresh gloves when in your vehicle and also working on your vehicle.
👍 All vehicle drop offs will be strictly "no-contact"
👍 Our staff will not be able to give customers lifts home due to social distancing, but our local collection and delivery service is continuing and has been extended. We are only able to return vehicles that we collect.
👍 Subject to availability, Courtesy Cars will be available, with at least 1 day between use. A £12 cleaning charge will be made to contribute to the cost of additional cleaning required between use.
👍 Invoices and check sheets will be Emailed prior to vehicle collection and full explanations of work will be carried out over the phone and by Email
👍 Payments will be taken via Bank Transfer or Card on the phone prior to collection/drop off to reduce need for contact. Cash or cheque are not accepted at this time.
👍 Distance collection of vehicles with Collection times agreed in advance to minimise risk of multiple customers being on site.
What you can do to help protect our team
👍 Please only come to our site if you are booked in advance
👍 Remember that our reception and building is closed to public access
👍 Observe social distancing of at least 2 meters/6ft
👍 Book online via our website wherever possible. If it isn't possible yo can email or call. Where we aren't able to take the call we will endeavour to respond to answerphone messages as soon as we can.
👍 Ensure your car is reasonably clean. Remove any rubbish, used tissues, wrappers and food waste etc and wipe down inside if necessary (our team have to work in there).
👍 Leave your locking wheel tool and service books on the passenger seat
👍 When dropping your vehicle off please post just the single key through our letter box (removing all other keys)
Our workshop operating times are 8:30am-5pm, Monday - Friday.
We'll be continuing to monitor the Covid-19 situation and government guidelines, adapting our business as required.
