The Empire is an enterprise designed by David and Edward.

David, 14, has now moved to California where he wants to start university 4 years ahead of schedule.

Edward, 11, is about to move to Barcelona alongside much of the rest of the family. The reason for this is Ruxandra's new postdoctoral position. Her maternity leave for James and George gave her time to build the Empire. Now it is time for Ruxandra to go back to science and for our family to be, once again scattered around the world.

We hope to establish a visitor program, sufficiently strong for the animals to avoid ending up in a blood bath.
