Changing RF Output Channel

If you're watching Sky through a TVLink or an RF connection, you may notice that there could be some interference to your picture. This is because by default, the box outputs to channel 68. This can cause interference with 4G mobile phones within close range to the TV. You can stop this by changing the channel output number, and re-tuning your TV.

Step One

Press SERVICES on your remote control.

Input 4, 0, 1 and SELECT to enter the Installer Setup menu.

Step Two

Navigate to RF OUTLETS using the arrow buttons or by pressing 4 on your remote control.

Step Three

Enter a new number using the number buttons on your remote control.

Experiment with the channel number in order to find one with the best quality.

Step Four

Using your TV Remote, you need to add the new RF channel and store it within the TV. Usually, this can be accomplished using an Auto Scan. Please consult your TV instruction manual for more information about this.

Navigate to SAVE NEW SETTINGS using the arrow buttons and press SELECT on your remote control.
