A memorial for your pet

Our memorial wall allows families to celebrate the life of a much loved pet while helping us to cover the costs of maintaining this special place.

If you want a memorial plaque for your pet please see how to apply below. There are a variety of styles and prices  of plaque. Once your application has been approved and you have paid we will order your plaque. We will notify you when the plaque has been completed and, if you wish, we will arrange for you to be present when it is mounted on the Memorial Wall.  

Applying for a plaque

If you wish to have a plaque commemorating your pet please contact our Chair,  Liz McDermott mcdermott_liz@hotmailmail.com   please note there is an underscore in Liz's email address, or phone her on 07815558680

Once the details, including the wording, have been agreed you will need to pay for your plaque so we can order it for you. Plaques must be paid for in advance and will be ordered once we have confirmed payment.

You will be notified when the plaque has been completed. We can either position your plaque and let you know when this has been done or we can make a date for you to see the plaque being mounted on the wall.
