A memorial for your pet

Our memorial wall allows families to celebrate the life of a much loved pet while helping us to cover the costs of maintaining this special place. If you want a memorial plaque for your pet please see how to apply below. There are a variety of styles and prices  of plaque. Once your application has been approved and you have paid we will order your plaque, we will notify you when the plaque has been received and is mounted on the Memorial Wall.  

Applying for a plaque

Once the details, including the wording, have been agreed you will you will be sent a "mock up" for approval, at  this stage you will need to pay for your plaque so we can then process the order for you. Plaques must be paid for in advance and will be ordered once we have confirmed payment.
