Did you install the Zoom application on your Mac, PC, iPad or Android Tablet?
Did you click the link for the Kubi location you want to login to?

Make sure that you join the audio conference by 'Join by Phone' or 'Join by Computer'
Make sure your speakers and microphone are not muted on your computer or tablet
Select your audio input & output within Zoom on your computer by clicking the '^' to the right of the mute button on the bottom left
Check your computer settings to make sure the correct speaker and mic are being used
Sometimes if you have recently used other video conferencing apps, it is easiest to restart your computer to make sure that your microphone and speaker are not connected to a different application

Check that the camera icon toward the bottom left is not red or crossed out. If so, then click or tap it to enable your camera
Make sure that all other programs that utilize the camera are not using the camera or are closed
Reboot your computer to ensure that the camera is not being used by another application

Verify that you are on the latest version of Zoom: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362393-What-Version-of-Zoom-Am-I-Running
Click the 'Gallery View' button in the upper right of the Zoom window (small 3X3 array of squares, may be covered by thumbnail, must move mouse to make visible)
When in gallery view (see all video feeds), mouse over the video feed of the Kubi that you want to control. If the Kubi is available to control, click the blue 'Connect Kubi' button
Once clicked, move your mouse to the lower left and the pan and tilt arrows will appear on the screen. You can also control with keyboard arrow keys
