About Me
Ola Karajeh is a PhD student and teaching assistant in computer science at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). Currently, She is a member of Digital Library Research Laboratory (DLRL) at Virginia Tech under the supervision of Dr. Edward A. Fox . She received her B.S. and MS degree in computer science from The University of Jordan in Amman, Jordan in 2004 and 2008 respectively. Her current research is a Graph-based Text Representation to Detect Informational vs. non-Informational HeartAttack Tweets. She worked as a Lecturer at Jordan University of Science and Technology, Software Developer at InCube Company and Research Assistant at Jordan University . Her research interests include: Tweets analysis , machine learning, artificial intelligence, data mining, information retrieval and Cyber security.
