At Aplus Property Services, Inc. we understand that no one wants to have maintenance cost, but in our industry maintenance is necessary in order to keep your tenants happy and protect your asset from liability. Our maintenance division is primarily a support system to ensure that the day to day maintenance is handled promptly and professionally, however we utilize our 17 page vendor list to ensure competitive pricing on all projects from unit turn over painting to large roofing projects. Through our years of experience and hands on management we have been able to secure many insured and licensed vendors who provide quality service with below retail prices, saving our clients more money!! Of course should you have your own preferred vendor that you would like to utilize, we will gladly work with them and are more than willing to accommodate your needs, because with Aplus Property Services, Inc. we always put our clients first!
