OKSHIP ("we", "us") is a ride-hailing and food delivery application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
- Account information: name, phone number, email address.
- Location data: to find nearby drivers and restaurants and to track trips.
- Device information and usage logs.
- Payments are handled by third-party payment gateways (such as MoMo, VNPay). We do not store your card details.
2. How We Use Information
To provide ride-hailing and food delivery services and to connect riders, drivers, and restaurants.
- For customer support, trip safety, and fraud prevention.
3. Sharing of Information
With drivers and restaurants to complete your orders.
- With service providers (maps, payments, notifications).
- When required by law.
4. Data Security and Retention
We apply reasonable security measures and retain data only as long as needed to provide the service.
5. Your Rights
You may access, update, or delete your data and account at any time (see Account Deletion below).
Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by:
- In the app: Profile > Settings > Delete Account, or
- Emailing davidlorencia4@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and your registered phone number or email.
We will process your request within 7 business days. Your personal data will be deleted, except information we are required to retain by law.
