She is a Board Member of the Opportunity & Inclusive Growth Institute of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, a member of The Human Capital and Economic Opportunity Group at the Becker Friedman Institute for Research in Economics at the University of Chicago and serves as Associate Editor at the Review of Economic Dynamics. She has also served as First VP of the Midwest Economics Association in 2023.
