About Jen
I am a mother of two wonderful little boys and happily married for nearly 10 years. My passion for childcare started when I was 18, enrolling in College to become an Early Childhood Educator . Since then I have worked in both large and small centers such as the YMCA, Kids Stop, Leap and Learn pre-school and day-homes. My program has elements from all of the above matched with my absolute love for child care.
My Philosophy
My philosophy at Little Leaders is that I will provide quality childcare with an in-home, play-based learning environment for every child. I will advocate learning through play and act to ensure the development of a positive self-concept for your child. It is my intent to provide play experiences that stimulate children's social, emotional, physical, intellectual and creative needs. I recognize each child is unique and he or she has different abilities, which enable every child to attain independence at their own rate of development.
