A Note From The Founder

Why I Started Tuesday Drop-Off Day

As a homeschooling mom myself, I know firsthand how rewarding homeschooling can be—but I also know how much we juggle as parents. Between teaching, managing a household, running errands, and caring for our families, sometimes we just need a day to catch our breath and tackle that never-ending to-do list!

That’s one of the reasons I created OKIE L.I.F.T.’s Tuesday Drop-Off Day.

I wanted to create something that would be a blessing to both homeschool parents and their children. A place where parents could confidently drop off their kids, knowing they were spending the day learning, exploring, creating, and building meaningful friendships.

But I wanted it to be more than just another school day.

I envisioned a place where kids could experience the joy of hands-on learning, discover new interests, work together, and develop real-world skills. Through activities like our Little Lunchpreneurs program, children get opportunities to practice entrepreneurship, teamwork, responsibility, and leadership in fun, practical ways.

Most importantly, I wanted to create a community where homeschooled children feel connected, included, and excited to come back each week.

My hope is that Tuesdays become a day everyone looks forward to—kids because they get a day filled with adventure and friendships, and parents because they get a little breathing room, knowing their children are in good hands.

Because homeschooling was never meant to mean doing everything alone.

We’re here to lift one another up, one Tuesday at a time!
