Customer App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how "Oki-Doki" collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use the Customer App . By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

• Account Information: When you create an account  phone number, and password.

• Delivery Information: When placing a delivery, you provide information about the delivery address, recipient information, and the contents of the delivery. You may also choose to provide a delivery note.

• Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, such as the features you access, the time spent on each feature.

• Location Data: We may collect your location data to provide you with delivery updates and location-based services, such as finding nearby delivery points. You can choose to disable location services within the App settings.

• Process your delivery requests and provide delivery updates in real-time.
