Here’s how to upload an item on OKI:
Add 1–8 clear, sharp photos
Add a title and describe your item in detail
Select the appropriate category for the item you’re selling
Insert a competitive price
Select the size of your parcel.
In both the description and photos, you should note any defects, alterations, missing parts, etc. of the item.
Choosing the correct item category
Item categories also determine the shipping options available. So choosing the correct item category will help you choose the right parcel size!
Also, note that the custom shipping and no shipping (meet up and collect) option is only available for items in the heavy category.
Here are a few examples of uploading items to the correct category:
Women > Beauty > Beauty tools > Hair styling tools
Men > Shoes > Sports shoes > Running
Home > Textiles > Cushions
Note that children's books should be uploaded under “Entertainment > Books > Kids & young adults“, not the Kids category.
Once you upload an item, it might get screened automatically to go through a standard check to make sure it follows our Catalogue Rules and guidelines for selling. It takes around 30 minutes but, in some cases, can also take up to 1 or 2 days.
No duplicate items
Remember, the same items can’t be listed twice on Oki. If you have a few items which are similar or the same, please consider the following:
Create one listing and mention that you have 2 or more of the same items in the description;
If you have the same items in different sizes, take photos of all the items' label sizes;
If you have the same items in similar colours, take photos from different angles and add the colour to the description. Please take good quality photos in which the item’s colour is easily separable.
Good to know
You can only sell books with an ISBN — a 10 or 13-digit number found above the book’s barcode. The barcode is usually on the back cover or one of the final pages of the book.
For items that require an age-rating label (like video games), make sure that the photo displays such labelling.
Use the tips to price your item better:
Good to know:
Search the catalogue for similar items to see how other members price them.
Setting a price that's lower than our catalogue average price will help you sell faster.
Keep seasonality in mind. A discount may help you sell the items that do not fit the current season.
You can set a selling price between 1 TL and 10000 TL.
You can change the price of your item by editing your listing.

You’ll have to choose the parcel size when uploading an item. To ensure the right choice:
Pick one of the given parcel size options
Tap See sizing and compensation details — it will appear next to your selected option
Buyers choose the shipping option, so your parcel must fit the weight and dimension requirements for each of the shipping options listed.
Please choose the correct parcel size when uploading because it can’t be changed after a buyer makes a purchase.
A wrong choice might result in extra shipping costs, pickup fees, or even negative feedback from your buyer.
*Please note that items weighing 5–20 kg (from the Kids, Home, Entertainment, and Pet care categories) belong to the heavy category. If an item belongs to the heavy category, you’ll see all relevant shipping options for it.
Certain shipping options like custom shipping or no shipping (meet-up and collect) are available for items in the heavy category.
A bundle is a single listing that includes multiple items for one set price. All the items are sent in one package, too. This helps buyers save on postage costs, and you get to sell more!
Selling bundles and sending multiple items in a single package is allowed to standard sellers, but not to Pro sellers.
You can simply list a set of items; or
Your buyers can purchase several items from your wardrobe by creating a bundle for themselves.
Rules for listing bundles
Bundles come with some important rules:
Take proper photos
The first picture should always showcase all the items from the bundle (it shouldn’t be a collage of photos, only one image). Please also add pictures of separate items from the bundle.
Add max 5 items
There’s a limit of 5 items per bundle listing. Please weigh them all and choose the correct package size for sending the bundle.
Create a clear title and description
Make it clear for buyers that it’s a bundle — be precise with the title of your listing and its description.
Choose one category
For outfit sets (e.g., a t-shirt and a skirt), use the category that fits the main item (you can decide which you consider being the main one). For sets consisting of similar items (e.g. a set of jewellery), pick the category that matches the type of the items you’re selling.
Set the total price
A bundle is a listing for a set of items; for this reason, please enter the price for the whole bundle.
No duplicates, please
You can't list the same item more than once, i.e. if you upload an item in a bundle, you cannot upload it in another listing.
In your profile settings, you can set up a bundle discount for all buyers who buy bundles from your wardrobe.
When your buyer creates their bundle
You'll be asked to approve the bundle and choose the correct package size.
You can suggest a different price for that bundle. Press Make an offer in your conversation screen with the buyer and insert your offer.
Once the package size is selected, the buyer will need to press Buy now to complete their purchase and pay for the items.
As soon as the buyer pays, each of your items will be marked as sold automatically, and you'll receive delivery instructions.
We keep an eye on bundles to make sure they meet the rules mentioned above. If your listing doesn’t match these rules, we’ll have to hide it.
If you go against the rules repeatedly, we may have to temporarily block your account. So please follow the directions and we wish you happy bundling!
How to take photos of well-known brand items
Selling non-genuine items is forbidden on OKI. Therefore, when you upload an item by a well-known brand (e.g. as a luxury brand), we ask you to showcase its authenticity as clearly as possible.
Additionally, by creating a visually appealing and detailed listing, you’ll help other members decide on buying your item faster.
Important
We may have to hide or delete your listing if it’s brought to our attention and your pictures do not show your item’s authenticity. We may have to suspend or block your account if you repeatedly refuse to show proper pictures in your listing.
