Account/Data Deletion Request

We KnockMyDoor values your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your personal data is handled securely and respectfully. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

Account/Data Deletion Process

If you wish to delete your account, you can do so directly from within the App by following these steps:

1. Open the app and click on the left menu drawer.

2. Tap the burger (☰) icon to navigate to your Account/Profile page.

3. Scroll down and tap on the "Delete Account" button.

4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
   
   

Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our system.


Important Information

• Permanent Deletion: Please note that once your account and data are deleted, this action cannot be undone. You will lose access to your account, including any rental history, saved properties, and contacts etc.

• Legal Obligations: In certain circumstances, we may retain some of your data to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. We will inform you if this is the case.
