The City of Oklahoma City has more than 4,500 employees who work each day to deliver services to our residents. The concept of innovation isn't something that hasn't been happening inside the City's 22 departments. Over the years City employees have proven their dedication to finding new and creative ways to solve problems.
The Innovation Team reflects that mindset and brings together employees from various backgrounds, expertises and departments to learn new methods to discover, create and implement ideas while expanding the culture of creativity, innovation and engagement across departments.
