Product Registration Verification (Paperless Warranty)
Check Status: If a customer calls to check paperless warranty status, verify in the system.
Reason for Rejection: If not completed, check the reason for rejection and inform the customer.
How to Check: Enter the serial number in the top-right blank box and press 'Enter' under complaint management (Product Verification View)
View Rejection Reason: Click the "view" icon to see the rejection reason.
Customer Guidance for Re-submission: Share the reason for rejection (e.g., missing documents) and ask them to upload mandatory documents (Invoice, Warranty Card) via www.okaya.in.
Product Registration Process: Guide the customer through these steps:
Visit: www.okaya.in
Click "Okaya Care" tab.
Click "Product Warranty Registration" tab.
Enter registered mobile number and click "Next."
Fill in all required product and customer information and click "Submit." They will receive a text message.
