Oka Towers was built in 1989 by Hatsuho Corporation of Japan and later incorporated in 1992.  Oka is now independent and is owned entirely by the Oka Towers Homeowners Association comprised entirely of over 100 individual and joint owners.  It is situated on Oka Point, with a sweeping view of Guam's beautiful southern coast, Agana Bay and the Pacific Ocean and Philippine Sea.
