1. Agreement Overview
This Agreement defines the rights and obligations regarding Automatic Renewal between you and OK Browser ("OK Browser"). Please read carefully and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially those involving exemption or limitation of liability. Completion of payment is deemed as your comprehensive reading, complete understanding, and acceptance of all provisions of this Agreement.
2. Service Description
The auto-renewal service is designed to avoid service interruptions due to negligence or other reasons. By authorizing OK Browser, you allow automatic deduction of your subscription fee from your third-party payment accounts, bank cards, or telecom accounts ("collectively referred to as Accounts") linked to OK Browser, without verifying your account credentials, payment password, SMS verification codes, etc., when your premium membership is nearing expiration. Billing cycles include weekly, monthly, or yearly options chosen on the subscription page. If your account balance is insufficient, causing renewal failure, OK Browser reserves the right to suspend or terminate relevant premium membership benefits and services. Unless required otherwise by applicable laws, OK Browser shall not refund fees already paid under any circumstances.
3. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
3.1 OK Browser will deduct the subscription fee for the coming cycle from your Accounts within 24 hours before or on the subscription expiration date. This deducted amount will be logged in your premium membership payment records and correspondingly extend your premium membership period. Once payment is successfully processed, OK Browser can immediately claim this fee and will not provide refunds. Should errors occur during the payment process, OK Browser and you will collaborate to investigate and resolve the cause, each party bearing responsibility for respective errors. If the purchase is made via iOS channels, the automatic renewal deduction time will depend on actual deductions made by the iOS platform. Please pay attention accordingly.
3.2 In the event of renewal payment failure, OK Browser offers a grace period and a retry mechanism for deductions:
- Grace Period: If auto-renewal payment fails, weekly subscriptions will have a 6-day grace period, while monthly or annual subscriptions will have a 16-day grace period. During this period, you continue enjoying premium membership services without additional charges. If payment succeeds within the grace period, your subscription service will remain uninterrupted.
- Payment Retry Period: If the deduction is still unsuccessful after the grace period, your account enters a 32-day retry period for payment deductions (totaling 38 or 48 days from initial payment failure). If payment is successfully made during this period, your premium membership resumes immediately, and a new subscription period begins from the renewed payment date. If payment remains unsuccessful by the end of the retry period, premium membership privileges are automatically terminated. Please monitor your payment status and ensure your payment information is up-to-date to avoid interruptions. Specific details comply with Apple's final procedures.
3.3 OK Browser may modify this Agreement based on operational needs. Revised terms will be announced on this page or otherwise communicated. If you disagree with the revised Agreement, you can cancel the automatic renewal. Continued use of this service indicates knowledge of, agreement with, and acceptance of the revised Agreement.
3.4 Automatic renewal is entirely optional. If you do not cancel, it is understood you authorize OK Browser to continue entrusting Apple to automatically deduct subscription fees from your payment method within 24 hours before each billing cycle expires. Upon successful payment, the premium subscription period will be extended for the upcoming service cycle. If your premium membership renewal occurs within an existing service cycle, the membership validity will extend accordingly.
4. Cancelling Auto-Renewal
Since Apple rules prevent us from directly canceling subscriptions purchased through the App Store, you can cancel your subscription by following these steps: Open "Settings" → tap on your "Apple ID" → select "Subscriptions" → choose "OK Browser" → tap "Cancel Subscription." 5. Agreement Duration and Termination
5.1 Unless otherwise noted by OK Browser, this Agreement takes effect once auto-renewal has been activated, until you terminate auto-renewal or close your account. You may terminate auto-renewal services whenever you wish, upon which OK Browser will cease providing auto-renewal services. However, payment instructions processed before your termination decision will remain valid, and OK Browser will not refund payments already deducted according to such instructions.
5.2 OK Browser reserves the right to pause or terminate auto-renewal services for reasons including business adjustments or price changes. Should this occur, OK Browser will notify you through announcements.
6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
The interpretation, validity, and execution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
