Stage Crew

The OJR HS Stage Crew is student-led with many opportunities to learn and grow in the theatre. Stage crew opportunities are available for the Fall Play, Musical, Spring Show & many other events throughout the school year. 

If you are interested in getting involved in an area of Stage Crew, students lead each department:

Head of Lights - Rachel Ott

Head of Sound - Rachel Klemp 

Co-Head of Sound- Kai Ludwick

Head of Backstage & Shop - Kara Frederick

Head of Props - Toby Lemon

Head of Costumes - Tara Mcerlean

Scenic Designer - Ren Duske

Costume Opportunities are Available as well!!

These students are in charge of these areas of Stage Crew, if you are interested in getting involved come to a meeting or attend an open work day! Work Day Schedule and Meeting Schedule are located below, as well as our Calendar of events, resources, information, and interest forms. 

Workdays for the 2024-2025 season will take place on Tuesdays after school and select Sundays during show season. Some Crew members will be required to attend tech week rehearsals.
