Biography

Dr. Om Jee Pandey completed his Ph.D. degree in January, 2019 from Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK), India. He received the M.Tech. degree in Digital Communication from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior, India, in 2013 and the B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, India, in 2008. From 2008 to 10, he was with Escorts Limited and FANUC India Private Limited. He was a Senior Lecturer with Jaipur Engineering College and Research Center, Jaipur, during 2013–14. He worked with Prof. Ha H. Nguyen as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Saskatchewan , Saskatoon, Canada. He also worked as a research fellow with Prof. Rajesh M. Hegde in Wireless Sensor Networks Lab (ACES-204) at IIT Kanpur. He worked with Sensor Networks Laboratory, Electrical Engineering Department, IITK. His research interest includes the signal processing for wireless networks with specific focus on robust sensor node localization and tracking over wireless ad hoc networks. He also works on related areas such as vehicular tracking, data fusion, data aggregation, low-latency and energy-balanced data transmission, time synchronization, and autonomous node fault detection in wireless sensor networks. He is a Senior member of IEEE and also works as a reviewer for various reputed journals of IEEE including IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management, IEEE Transactions on Green Communications and Networking, IEEE Access, IEEE Internet of Things, and IEEE Transactions on Communications.
