I decide to evaluate the same faculty twice because, I wanted to see if there was a difference in delivery style based on content. I also observed that there was a slight difference in delivery styles based on content but delivery was very similar in approach and slides, and visual aids were organized in same manner/format.
I learned a few skills from this faculty member, but one thing that stood out to me was their ability to remain calm and poise, despite technical difficulties and transition back into lecture naturally without any distractions or change in non-verbal cues
