The DataTalent Hub is a comprehensive dashboard that showcases top-tier data professionals seeking employment. It features key details like candidates' names, CVs, LinkedIn profiles, roles, preferred employment types, and locations. With built-in filters, recruiters can easily find the best match for their needs. Additionally, the dashboard includes a link to a Google Form, enabling new candidates to submit their information for inclusion. This tool serves as a streamlined, user-friendly resource for efficiently connecting skilled data professionals with potential employers.

This is an Election Intelligence tool that was deployed to monitor the 2023 presidential election process. The platform collected data from 20,000 trained observers, enabling us to provide real-time information to stakeholders and the public about the progress and challenges of the election. 

After using Kobotoolbox for the data collection, Power Query was used for the data cleaning and manipulation, and Power BI for data modelling, data expression, data visualization, and reports and dashboard creation.

A Result collation platform for Ready To Lead Africa, to aggregate election results from over 170,000 polling units in Nigeria. Microsoft Power BI was used to build the report and dashboard.

The dashboard highlights the key information from the election observation process, which is important for stakeholders. Key information such as; the total number of observers, number of Local Government Areas observed,  results by political parties, and more.

This was an exercise on Power BI I carried out to practice my gained skills. The dataset was downloaded from kaggle.com and I used Providus bank theme and colour to make it beautiful and meaningful. 

The dashboard highlights the key information from the Human Resources department, which is important for the executives. Key information such as; total staff, active staff, attrition rate, attrition rate by department, total salary by department, etc.
