This privacy policy applies to the Ojasvi application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Abhishek Pandey (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS."
The Application is designed as a serverless, offline-first tool.
Zero Server Transmission: The Service Provider does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, Ojas points, streaks, or "Scribe" (notes) to any external servers.
Local Storage: All information generated within the Application is stored locally on your mobile device (using Hive/SQLite). If you uninstall the Application or clear its data, all your progress (Karma) will be permanently deleted from your device.
While the Application itself does not collect personal data, it utilizes third-party services for advertising and core functionality which may collect information used to identify your device. This may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address).
The operating system version and device model.
Standard advertising identifiers (via AdMob).
To support the development of Ojasvi, the Application uses third-party service providers to show ads. These providers have their own Privacy Policies:
Anyone, including children of all ages, can use Ojasvi. The Application is designed to be a safe environment for self-discipline and growth. Since the Application does not collect any personally identifiable information from any user, it does not knowingly gather data from children under the age of 13. All progress remains private on the child's device.
The Service Provider is committed to your privacy. Because your data never leaves your device, its security is managed by your device's own internal encryption and procedural safeguards.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this page regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
