These are programs or organizations that operate as non-profits or charities & provide accessible sport programming.

There is no fee for sport organizations to attend the Expo.

Exhibitors have the option to lead a demo/"try-it" session for Expo attendees (indicated on registration form).

These are businesses that sell products or services that support or enable participation in sports or recreation (eg. a physiotherapist, mobility aids, etc.).

The fee for vendors to attend the Expo is $500/table.
