Oh! Such Cakes is a Euro-American style pastry kitchen established in 2020 to bring the best of both worlds to your celebration. Home based business located in Stratford CT, we serve Fairfield County and surrounding areas. Gilinda, the creator/head baker started baking at age 12 in her mother's kitchen and is passionate about the infinite possibilities one has in the kitchen. Everything started with taking up friend's birthday requests and with the progression of time we are now moving to a large customer range. The main vision is to bring to our customers fresh baked goods each and every time and to ensure that we maintain our artisan methods and hand-pick all ingredients. we offer our customers a full scope of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, scones, mousse, and much more. Our slogan "Half baked with love, another half for love" comes from our passion in serving and the need to fulfill our lives doing what we like, therefore each bite is flawless.
