1. What is a Chore?
   Repeats daily (e.g. brush teeth). The app automatically adds daily Chores for kids to complete. There is no need to re-add them. Edits are applied to next day Chores, if today's Chores are not completed by kid, edits go into effect immediately.

2. What is a Quest?
   One-time task (e.g. wash car). Once completed by kid, it will no longer be available. Parents can re-add them as needed.

3. What is a Reward?
   Kids claim rewards with earned stars. Rewards are always available for multiple claims by kids.

4. What is a Consequence?
   Deduct stars for bad behavior (e.g. "Rude to friends. Be polite even if you're angry.").

5. What is a Reinforcement?
   Add stars for good behavior (e.g. "Nice to lady at the store. Well done!").

6. How can I prevent my kid from self-approving activities?
   Parents can password lock parent profiles under Account > Password Locking.

7. Can the whole family use it on multiple devices?
   Yes, only 1 account is needed per family. We try to keep things simple for all ages. Use the profile selector to decide who is using the app.

8. Is Ohana free to use?
   Everyone gets a 3-day free trial. A small subscription of $7/month is required after the free trial to continue usage. We charge a small subscription to continue growing the app, and to keep it ad free. We just do not know what type of ads will get served so we made a intentional decision keep it ad-free. If you need a coupon code, please email support, we're always happy to help out!
