Cancellation & Registration Policy

Please note that refunds are not available for this conference. However, we understand that schedules can change. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing no later than one week prior to the conference date. After this deadline, transfers cannot be accommodated.

Reasonable Accommodations

We are committed to making the Ohio Deaf Education Conference accessible and inclusive for all participants. We will make every effort to meet requests to ensure a welcoming and accessible experience for all attendees. Each session will have ASL/English interpretation.
