Background: Jeff brings over three decades of aquatics experience from working with the City of Tempe, AZ, the City of Casa Grande, AZ, Tualatin Hills Parks and Recreation, MAC, and Oak Hills Homeowner Association (OHHA). During his three decades, he has been an Ellis and Associates Lifeguard Instructor, Starfish Instructor Trainer, and continues as an American Red Cross instructor/ instructor Trainer.
Current: Jeff works with OHHA overseeing pool/facility operations and staff training. Along with his duties with OHHA, in 2022, he founded Nomad Consulting, Training, & Safety Services LLC., which provides consulting and safety training for clients like Lincoln City, Tillamook YMCA, Twin Rock Friends Camp, Stevenson Washington, Gresham High School Aquatics, City of Seaside, City of Clatskanie, Turner School District, Kelso School District, and Portland Country Club.
Education: B.A. in Political Science & American History, along with a Post Bach in Secondary Education from Arizona State University. He continues his education at Western Governors University, where he earned his MSML and MBA.
