Ohcargo does not currently allow users to exchange content through voice communication, text, or the sharing of images or audio with other users. However, the app facilitates communication between customers and drivers for the purpose of coordinating cargo transport. If you implement any future features that allow users to interact, exchange images, or share other media, we will update this policy to reflect how such content is handled, stored, and shared.

10. Location Sharing:
Ohcargo collects and shares your precise location with drivers to facilitate cargo transport services. When you request a transport, your current location is shared with nearby available drivers to enable them to accept your transport request and reach your location. This sharing of location data is essential for providing the requested services and ensuring that deliveries are made efficiently and accurately.
Your location data is shared only with the drivers who are involved in the transport request and is not disclosed to other users or third parties, except as necessary to provide the service or for legal reasons.
You can control the sharing of your location data by adjusting your device's location settings. We recommend that you enable location services when using the app for optimal functionality.
11. Rewards, Discounts, and Coupons:
Ohcargo offers various incentives to users, including discounts, coupons, and reward points. These rewards are earned through the following actions:
Completed Trips: Users can earn points or discounts for successfully completing transport requests.
Reviews: Leaving reviews for completed trips may earn users points or other incentives.
Low Cancellation Rate: Users who maintain a low cancellation rate for their transport requests may qualify for rewards.
Minimum Earned Amount: Users who meet a minimum earned amount through the app may be eligible for additional rewards.
These rewards, discounts, and coupons are provided at Ohcargo's discretion and are subject to terms and conditions. Points or discounts may be redeemable for discounts on future services or other rewards. Please note that these rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other transferable assets unless otherwise specified.
The app may track users' activities, such as trip completion, review submissions, and cancellation rates, to calculate and apply these rewards.
Data Collection for Rewards Program:
To manage the rewards system, we may collect and store data related to your trip history, reviews, cancellations, and earned amounts. This data is used solely for the purpose of awarding rewards and providing a better user experience.
12. Facebook Login & Meta Platforms
When you use Facebook Login, we may receive:

This data is used only for authentication and account management and is handled in accordance with Meta’s Platform Policies.
13. WhatsApp Communication
If you communicate with us via WhatsApp:
