Your location data is shared only with the drivers who are involved in the transport request and is not disclosed to other users or third parties, except as necessary to provide the service or for legal reasons.
You can control the sharing of your location data by adjusting your device's location settings. We recommend that you enable location services when using the app for optimal functionality.
11. Rewards, Discounts, and Coupons:
Ohcargo offers various incentives to users, including discounts, coupons, and reward points. These rewards are earned through the following actions:
Completed Trips: Users can earn points or discounts for successfully completing transport requests.
Reviews: Leaving reviews for completed trips may earn users points or other incentives.
Low Cancellation Rate: Users who maintain a low cancellation rate for their transport requests may qualify for rewards.
Minimum Earned Amount: Users who meet a minimum earned amount through the app may be eligible for additional rewards.
These rewards, discounts, and coupons are provided at Ohcargo's discretion and are subject to terms and conditions. Please note that these rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other transferable assets unless otherwise specified.
