星海國，原名奧哈特人民共和國、星海人民共和國。行政中心主要位於台灣台南，為一個創建於2022年5月8日的君主立憲制微國家，首都為鳴城特區（原名星海特區）。

政府致力推行LGBT族群之權益，文化方面則著重推廣大和文化，政治制度上亦對日式制度加以參照，在外交上亦與日本微國界進行接觸和合作；目前星海擁有二十餘個邦交國，外交方針致力推展區域共榮。

星海国、旧名オハート人民共和国、星海人民共和国。行政中心は主に台湾の台南に位置し、2022年5月8日に設立された君主立憲制の微国家で、首都は鳴城特区（旧名星海特区）。 政府はLGBTコミュニティの権利を推進する努力をしており、文化的には大和文化の推進に重点を置いている。政治体系は日本式の制度を参考にしており、外交面では日本の微国界との接触と協力も行っています。現在、星海国は20余りの国と国交を有し、外交政策は地域共栄の推進に力を入れています。

Introduction of Xinghai Kingdom (星海国)

Xinghai Kingdom, formerly known as the Ohart People's Republic and the Xinghai People's Republic, has its main administrative center in Tainan, Taiwan. Established on May 8, 2022, it is a micro-nation with a constitutional monarchy. Its capital is Ming City Special District (formerly known as Xinghai Special District).

The government is dedicated to advancing the rights of the LGBT community. Culturally, they emphasize the promotion of Yamato culture. The political system is modeled after the Japanese system, and diplomatically, they engage and collaborate with the micro-nation community in Japan. Currently, Star Sea has diplomatic relations with over twenty nations, and its foreign policy focuses on promoting regional prosperity.

Introduction au Royaume de Seikai (星海國)

Le Royaume de Seikai, autrefois connu sous le nom de République Populaire d'Ohart et de République Populaire de Seikai, a son principal centre administratif à Tainan, Taïwan. Établi le 8 mai 2022, c'est un micro-état doté d'une monarchie constitutionnelle. Sa capitale est la Zone Spéciale de Ming City (auparavant appelée Zone Spéciale de Seikai).

Le gouvernement est engagé à promouvoir les droits de la communauté LGBT. Sur le plan culturel, l'accent est mis sur la promotion de la culture Yamato. En matière politique, le système s'inspire du modèle japonais, et sur le plan diplomatique, il entretient des relations et collabore avec la communauté des micro-nations au Japon. À l'heure actuelle, Seikai a des relations diplomatiques avec plus de vingt pays, et sa politique étrangère est axée sur la promotion de la prospérité régionale.
