Our main Chef is Rosa. Rosa started as a food truck employee for Aloha Fridays, she later went on to own the business and continued to make it grow. She's been the Chef for 8+ years, and has perfected every plate on the menu, making everything fresh daily. Rosa believes in food tasting better when it's made with love and care for those that eat it. Along with the house specialty plates, she created sandwiches that take her back to nice warm days in Hawaii.
