Dr. Olivier Habimana is an economist, statistician, and policy analyst with extensive experience in academic, policy-oriented, and applied research across Sub-Saharan Africa. His work spans development economics, macroeconomic policy, and econometric and statistical methods. He has contributed to policy-oriented research as well as research in time series and nonlinear econometrics, including wavelet-based and structural break techniques. He was inducted into the Rwanda Academy of Sciences (RAS) in June 2019
