Strata Manager Objective for FY25/26

1. Prepare Electrical Planning Report
This year, First Landmark’s objective is to prepare the strata corporation with all the relevant information to enable members to approve funds at the 2026 AGM to complete an Electrical Planning Report, or EPR.
Under British Columbia’s Strata Property Regulation, strata corporations with five or more lots are required to obtain an EPR to assess its current electrical system’s capacity, document existing and anticipated electrical demands—including EV charging and heat pumps—and receive recommendations to optimize capacity and reduce future costs. Strata Corporation within the Interior of BC must have the report completed by December 31, 2028 to ensure the strata is in compliance.

1. Prepare a Digital Welcome Package for New Strata Members
This objective has been successfully achieved. New owners now receive a comprehensive welcome letter that includes:
Links to instructional videos explaining how to use Power Strata.
A link to complete required forms for setting up strata payments and sharing owner information.
2. Prepare a Digital proxy form.
This form will enable members to complete and submit their proxy forms online, streamlining the process and ensuring greater accessibility.
