Classic Ice Cream with a Retro Twist! Nothing says fun like a soft serve cone from Big Licks! Their cheerful van is a nostalgic nod to Aussie summers, serving up swirls of creamy vanilla, choc-dipped cones, and rainbow-sprinkled sundaes that make kids' eyes light up and adults feel like kids again. 

The Li’l Dumpling Van 

Bite-Sized Asian Comfort Food! Delicate, delicious, and packed with flavour, The Li’l Dumpling Van brings handmade dumplings straight from their pan fryer to your plate. Cooked fresh on the spot, every dumpling is crafted with care and bursting with umami goodness. Perfect for sharing (though you won’t want to), they’re light enough for a snack and satisfying enough for a full meal.

Elena’s Paella 

Step into the heart of Spain without leaving the fiesta with Elena’s Paella! Known for its dramatic, giant paella pans and the mouthwatering aromas that come with them, Elena’s serves up authentic, slow-cooked paella that’s as beautiful to watch being made as it is to eat. Using traditional recipes passed down through generations, each pan is loaded with saffron-infused rice, colourful vegetables, and your choice of perfectly seasoned chicken, seafood, or a hearty vegetarian mix. Poncho Mexican 

Poncho Mexican brings authentic Mexican fare straight to the fiesta with their famous loaded nachos, spiced-to-perfection tacos, and hearty Poncho Bowls filled with rice, beans, meats, and salsas. But there’s even more to love: every bite supports 4TK Australia, a not-for-profit helping vulnerable youth thrive. So when you grab a meal from Poncho, you're not just enjoying incredible food—you’re making a difference. 

Barista On The Move 

Barista on the Move brings café-quality coffee straight to the festival with their stylish mobile setup. Alongside the coffee, they also offer a selection of biscuits to enjoy as a tasty treat. It’s the perfect spot to grab a comforting coffee and snack while you explore our Fiesta.

Peppe’s Food Truck is known for delivering high-quality burgers made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Mr Twistino

Watch your snack spiral into greatness with Mr Twistino’s famous spiral potatoes! These crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside twisted spuds are a crowd favourite and totally customisable. Coated in your choice of seasonings (Chicken Salt, Salt & Pepper, Peri- Peri, Garlic and Chilli) every bite is crunchy, flavourful, and incredibly satisfying.

Known for their generous portions and great value, this crowd-favourite van will be serving up golden calamari, classic fish and chips, and a range of tasty sides that pack a punch. From crispy hot chips to their popular feta chips and chilli chips, there’s something to satisfy every craving. 

Frappe Time

At Frappe time we offer a typical Greek patisserie experience. We offer Frappe, Greek coffee, and milkshakes. We have a variety of hand made pastries. Our spanakopita and tiropita is a highlight as it is a family recipe that's been perfected and taught in Greece. We also offer typical Greek sweets such as baklava and galaktoboureko with other treats that compliment your coffee. It's a one stop shop for your coffee and food cravings!
