The Process

Scheduled

First the scheduling! After you get an idea of what you want you can contact either my email, phone number, or socials and we can figure our a time and place that works best for the both of us!

Photos

My favorite part, the photos! After we meet at a location we can start with the photos, we would do parked photos and rollers as well and get some awesome photos of your ride!

Editing

After the photos have been taken I will import them off onto my phone and edit, there are many different styles of editing do ill sen you some previews and you can decide what you want!

Okay friends so you've looked over my page, you've decided you can get down with my photography style and bad jokes, and you want to know exactly what you're getting yourself into. lets get down to the nitty gritty, we'll talk pricing and what you can expect from me!

What to expect

I am passionate about photography, I fully believe that the smallest details can be the best ones, and so I specialize in photography and capturing the fine details. Whether it’s taking my time getting photos of small insects or getting photos of farm trucks racing past to get to their next job, I would love to capture the moment, feelings, and beauty of it. Whatever your vision, I believe that every moment of it has beauty and is special. I am here to help you have a relaxed, beautiful, and FUN photography session so you can get back to focusing on what really matters.

If you are just looking for a photographer to show up and get those typical stiff prom poses where you’re just smiling at the camera all the time…we honestly might not be the best fit. And if you’re just shopping around trying to find the cheapest Illinois photographer, you probably won’t value what I have to offer. Which is cool, because let’s be real, I want you to find the photographer that best meets your needs! But I want to be more than just another photographer. I wanna be there to capture whats going on in the moment and the feelings surrounding them.

So. If you’re fueled by fresh air and laughing till you *almost* pee, then keep reading. I pinky promise to make our time together as easy and fun as I can, even though I know you’ll show up saying that you’re “so awkward in front of a camera”. By the end of it you won’t even notice there’s a camera and you’ll just be so grateful for that weird photo shoot you're having. Though I may look serious sometimes I assure you, you will hear some of the funniest jokes ever with me!

Questions & Answers

1) Where are you based out of and do you travel?

I'm based in Mount Morris, Illinois, and I am always down to travel! I've shot photos from my own back yard to Savina Illinois and in between. I love to explore new places, but if you're down to make a little vacation out of your photos, Illinois has some BREATHTAKING scenery like Mississippi Paradise park, the Black Hawk statue, and some stupidly pretty fields I can introduce you to!

2) Do we have to do a super long hike to get cool photos?

Absolutely not! An adventure shoot doesn't have to mean traipsing for five miles through the wilderness. I know plenty of gorgeous spots, both well known and hidden gems. Whether you idea is walking around in nature at a place like castle rock or walking through the local park, I'll be there to capture the emotions, scenery, and story.

3) Okay but what if we suck at posing?

People so often come to me saying "oh, we're so awkward in front of a camera, we aren't the picture-taking type". My friend, I've got news for you: absolutely nobody knows what to do in front of a camera. But that's where the magic comes in.

I'm not out here to capture you in stiff, forced poses. I'm here to create moments with you so we can capture FEELINGS. And those kinds of moments are what I'm here to document so you can remember them forever. So deep breaths. Don't worry, I'll direct you every step of the way so you never have to guess and you'll be shocked at how natural it will feel.

4) What's your photography style?

If you're looking for a photographer that will just melt into the background so you don't even notice they're there...I might not be your girl. I'll never distract from the day or the moments at hand, but I'll also be there to remind you to drink water, feed you snacks, help you keep a timeline straight, have a bottle of hairspray on hand, whatever you need! (And you better believe I know how to get people on a dance floor.) I find that truly becoming friends with my clients and their loved ones helps to make everyone much more comfortable with a camera around and the day goes much smoother!
