Clear Bag Policy

Oak Grove High School has a clear bag policy for all events in the Oak Grove Performing Arts Center.  LCSD security will be on-site to enforce the policy.  No choral director or Oak Grove Choral Booster can allow exceptions to the policy.  

Food

Food trucks and concessions are available on-site.  No outside food or drink is allowed.

Parking

All guest parking is free and located in front (south) of the Performing Arts Center.  Overflow parking is available in front of the School and Temple Baptist Church (across the street from the high school).  Please DO NOT PARK in the dirt lot immediately across from the roll-up door of the Performing Arts Center.  

Entrance(s)

Spectators will enter and exit through the Performing Arts Center (PAC) front entrance.  Food trucks are located outside the PAC and the concessions can be accessed in the multi-purpose room through the exterior doors to the right of the PAC.

Student group registration and competitor entry is located on the east side of the main building entrance by the covered awning.  All showchoir group members (including stage crew and musicians) should enter here upon arrival.

First Aid Station(s)

First Aid stations are available in the backstage area.  Should a guest require medical assistance, please ask the nearest Magnolia Invitational Volunteer for assistance.

Homerooms/ backstage

No guests are allowed beyond the concessions area within the high school; exceptions are made for "crew" of individual groups and student check-outs after the competition.  If you are a part of the crew and do not enter with the group, please identify yourself to Magnolia Invitational volunteers, who will escort you to the appropriate area.
