This project features architectural plans commissioned by a client, who is the owner of a Latin dance company, which holds instructional Latin dance classes. The client had their lease at a building coming to an end and had signed a new lease at another existing building in Santa Ana, CA. For the client to operate their business at this new location, they would need to provide construction/architectural documents to the city depicting the intended use of the leased space.
