Volunteer Signup
Dear All, we need about 200 volunteers for various items (simple but essential) to be taken care of during our conference time. We seek your kind consideration and sign-up for 30 or 45 min timeslots with your willingness. We may be able to plan better for our National Conference (July 5-7, 2024) at Camp Copass, Denton, TX. “Everyone has a role and a need to serve.”
1. Welcome Teams at Dining Locations (need 15 couples)
POC – Anitha Koppula / Amy Pinapati
Fri (dinner), Sat (breakfast), Sat (lunch), Sat (snack time), Sat (dinner), Sun (breakfast), and Sun (lunch)
(30 min duration to welcome our guests at breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner times)
2. Food Arrangements and Serving (need 120 people in all)

Dinner on Friday night (30 min + 45 min +45 min + 30 min)
· Arrangements: tables, chairs, and table-cloth layout (30 min for 10 people)
· Serving: standing and serving at the serving line (45 min for 10 people) x 2
· Cleaning: removing all tables and chairs and cleanup (30 min for 10 people)
Dinner on Saturday night (30 min + 45 min +45 min + 30 min)
· Arrangements: tables, chairs, and table-cloth layout (30 min for 10 people)
· Serving: standing and serving at the serving line (45 min for 10 people) x 2
· Cleaning: removing all tables and chairs and cleanup (30 min for 10 people)
Lunch on Sunday afternoon (30 min + 45 min +45 min + 30 min)
· Arrangements: tables, chairs, and table-cloth layout (30 min for 10 people)
· Serving: standing and serving at the serving line (45 min for 10 people) x 2
· Cleaning: removing all tables and chairs and cleanup (30 min for 10 people)
3. Ice and Water / Replenishment (need 10 people)
POC: Chandra Manne / Jonathan Annaladas
(ice and water will be collected from Camp Dining Hall and provided to various locations on campus – a bit carrying and walking is involved) about 30 min of work each shift (Fri evening, Sat Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Nighttime).
4. Coffee / Tea / Snacks Set-up (need 10 people)

(canisters will be prepared and tea / coffee will be prepared and provided in flasks all supplies including water and milk will be available)
5. Night Vigilance Team (need 20 people)

(To keep an eye on the campgrounds and building areas for any teenage activities)
An hour of time to have fellowship with other brothers as you keep a watch and pray.
6. Prayer Time (need 30 people)

There will be a dedicated room / place near the main conference gathering. Individuals gather and pray for the event, people, and mission. Each person will spend time for about 15-30 min in payer time. Couples are welcome to sign-up for time slots.
7. Medical Team Volunteers

If you are in medical field, please consider volunteering to be in the medical team.
