• Health and plan data: information you enter in the app, such as plans, goals, and personal notes.

• Usage data: information about how you interact with the app, used to improve the experience.

• Advertising identifiers: used to display ads through Google AdMob.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to create and manage your account, provide and personalize the app's features, process your subscription, send relevant notifications, display ads, and continuously improve the service. Some features use artificial intelligence: the content you write (for example, journal notes) and images you capture may be sent to Google's AI (Gemini) to generate responses, insights, and personalized messages.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with providers that enable the app to function, such as Google Firebase (authentication and storage), Google AdMob (advertising), and Google Gemini (artificial intelligence that processes the content and images you submit to generate responses and insights). These partners handle data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Legal basis and your rights (LGPD)

We process your data based on your consent and on the performance of the terms of use. Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you may at any time access, correct, delete, or request the portability of your data, as well as withdraw your consent.

5. Storage, security, and retention

We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data. It is retained while your account is active or for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations. You may request the deletion of your account at any time.

6. Children's data

Allvita is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you become aware of such use, please contact us so we can remove the information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this document and, when appropriate, notify you within the app.
