This privacy policy applies to the Offshore Odyssey app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by fizi (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS."
The Offshore Odyssey application requires camera access to provide augmented reality (AR) experiences. The camera is used solely for enabling the AR features and no other personal data, images, or videos from the camera are collected, stored, or shared.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device or any other sensitive data. The Application only requires camera permission, and no other permissions are requested.
No personally identifiable information is collected or shared with third-party services. Only aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve the Application’s performance.
The Service Provider may disclose automatically collected information:
As required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process).
When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
With trusted service providers who work on their behalf and adhere to this privacy statement.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
As the Offshore Odyssey app does not collect any personal data, there is no retention of User Provided Data. The camera access is solely for the real-time AR experience and does not involve data storage.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at utpirc@gmail.com, and they will take appropriate actions to delete the information.
The Service Provider takes precautions to safeguard the confidentiality of your camera access. No data from the camera is stored, and all permissions are strictly limited to the AR functionality.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
