This Privacy Policy describes how Pocket Arcade ("we," "our," or "the App")
collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Pocket Arcade is designed to work fully offline and does not require you to
create an account or provide any personal information to play.
a) Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address,
or any other personally identifiable information.
b) Locally Stored Data
The App stores the following data locally on your device only (never sent to
our servers):
- Game high scores and progress
- Sound and music preferences
- Subscription status (to unlock premium features)
This data is stored using Android's local storage and is deleted automatically
if you uninstall the App.
c) Information Collected by Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to
identify you, as described below.
2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
a) Advertising (ironSource)
Pocket Arcade displays optional rewarded video advertisements through
ironSource Mobile Ltd. To serve relevant ads, ironSource and its advertising
partners may collect:
- Advertising ID (GAID)
- Device information (device model, OS version, language, IP address)
- App usage data related to ad interactions

You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's ad settings
(Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).
b) In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)
Subscription purchases are processed entirely through Google Play's billing
system. We do not receive or store your payment information (credit card
numbers, billing address, etc.). Google's handling of payment data is governed
by the Google Play Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy:

3. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Pocket Arcade is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe
a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using
the information below so we can take appropriate action.
4. DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the App.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and
we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. YOUR CHOICES
- You can disable ad personalization in your device settings.
- You can turn off sound/music within the App's settings menu.
- You can uninstall the App at any time to remove all locally stored data.
6. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted
on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App
after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of [TANZANIA],
without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
