Worldwide LTD. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the "Offline Games" mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection and usage in connection with the App.

The App is designed as an offline-first gaming application.

2. PERMISSIONS AND INTERNET ACCESS

- The App does not collect, transmit, or upload any personal or gameplay data to our servers.

3. WEBVIEW AND LOCAL STORAGE
The App uses Android's built-in WebView component to run HTML5 games locally from the App's internal asset package.
- All game progress, scores, audio settings (music and volume), and preferences are saved locally on your device using HTML5 Web Storage (localStorage).
- This data stays strictly on your physical device. We do NOT have access to this data, and we do not transmit it to any external server.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND ANALYTICS
- The App does not contain any third-party SDKs, tracking pixels, or analytic tools (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics) that monitor your gameplay behavior.
- The App does not serve any third-party targeted advertisements.
- If advertisements or third-party services are added in future versions of the App, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before such features are made available.
5. EXTERNAL LINKS AND INTEGRATIONS
The App contains links that open external system applications or websites:
- "Rate Us" opens the Google Play Store app.
- "Share" opens the Android system share chooser.
- "Feedback" opens your configured local email client to send an email to worldwidecompany13@gmail.com.
- "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Service" links open in your default system web browser.
These external services and applications are governed by their own respective privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their data collection practices.

The App does not knowingly collect, store, or transmit personal information from children or any other users. Because the App operates offline and does not collect personal data, we are committed to protecting children's privacy.
