In a world where everyone would like to live their entire life through a screen, we at Offline Encounters believe that meeting your soul mate is not as simple as swiping right. 

What happened to me meeting people in person? What happened to on-the-spot and in-the-moment responses to questions instead of having an iPhone or AI help you sound smart when responding to a text?

That's why we created this show. No screenagers here! We get real, honest, genuine, and sometimes brutal answers onstage. The fun and friendly show creates a great environment for the contestants and the audience to laugh at what is a hilarious way to find a date. Our goal is to never embarrass anyone because it takes a lot of courage to get onstage. However, we do love an embarrassing story about a horrible past date if our contestants want to spill the tea, but no pressure. 😉

To start the show, we first meet our Main Player. We will take some time for the audience to get to know them at the beginning of the game. The Main Player usually gets cast a few weeks before the show, so we can work with them to pick the right questions and select a cast that matches their dating profile. 

After that, we bring on the three contestants. Everyone on the show submits the same casting form, but we love to ask how they found out about the show/how they go onstage. Then the show begins! The show consists of three rounds: Triple Threat, Double Trouble, and the Final Round. Each round consists of new questions and challenges to help find out who is the best match.  In the Final Round, the Main Player meets the contestants they did not choose and then meets their match. However, we love a good twist! If any audience members send us a chat during the show, we may let them shoot their shot with some of the contestants! You never know what can happen on a live dating show!
