1. Introduction
These Terms of Use set out the official rules and agreements governing your access and use of the Offline Equalizer mobile application, including all its core features, audio tuning functions, interface design and offline service content. By downloading, installing and opening this app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by all the rules stated in these terms. If you do not accept any part of the terms, please stop using the application immediately.
2. Scope of Application License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use Offline Equalizer solely for non-commercial personal entertainment and audio adjustment purposes.
You are allowed to install and use the app on your personal mobile devices only. This license does not allow you to resell, rent, lend or authorize any third party to use the app for commercial gains.
3. User Obligations
As a user of Offline Equalizer, you agree to the following obligations:
• Use the app only for legal and daily entertainment activities, and comply with local network and digital content regulations.
• Do not use the audio tuning function to interfere with public audio equipment, violate others’ legitimate rights or break local public order rules.
• Keep your device and app usage environment safe, and take responsibility for any abnormal use caused by your own device settings.
• Do not modify, move or delete the app’s internal local files without professional guidance, which may cause function failure.
4. Prohibited Activities
You are strictly forbidden to engage in the following behaviors when using Offline Equalizer:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, copy or create derivative works based on the app’s code, interface and functional logic.
• Use the app for commercial marketing, paid service provision, illegal audio production or any profit-making activities without our written permission.
• Abuse the equalizer and bass boost functions to produce distorted, harmful or infringing audio content.
• Attempt to implant malicious code, plug-ins or third-party auxiliary tools to interfere with the app’s normal offline operation.
• Spread modified versions, cracked copies or counterfeit editions of Offline Equalizer to any platform.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to Offline Equalizer, including but not limited to software code, UI design, function logic, text description and brand logo, are fully owned by us.
No user may copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of the above content for commercial or public use without prior written approval. All unauthorized use will be held legally responsible.
6. App Updates and Service Adjustments
We reserve the right to optimize, upgrade or adjust the app’s functions, interface and offline performance at any time without prior notice.
We may also suspend part or all functions temporarily for version iteration, bug fixing or compatibility adaptation. Since the app is fully offline, some new features will only take effect after you manually update the application.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Offline Equalizer is provided to you on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not make any explicit or implicit warranties of any kind:
• We do not guarantee that the app will be 100% compatible with all mobile models, system versions, headphones or audio devices.
• We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, crash-free operation of the app at all times.
• We are not responsible for any audio quality changes, device abnormal sounds caused by improper manual tuning by users.
• No warranty is given regarding the absolute stability of personalized preset saving and local setting storage.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential losses arising from your use of this app, including but not limited to device abnormal consumption, audio device failure, data loss of personal settings and other related losses caused by improper operation.
9. Third-Party Compatibility
Offline Equalizer may work with third-party music players, video apps and Bluetooth audio devices. We only provide audio tuning functions, and we are not responsible for the safety, content quality and service rules of any third-party software or hardware you connect to. Your use of third-party products is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your right to use the app if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in prohibited behaviors or damage our intellectual property and legitimate interests. You may also stop using the app permanently at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
11. Revision of Terms

Your continued use of Offline Equalizer after the update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
