About the SPM's Restoration Accord [RA] :

The Stoughist Political Movement (SPM) maintains that the preservation and expansion of its ideals require both advocacy and enforcement. For this reason, the Restoration Accord (RA) was established with the agreement and support of the SPM. The RA serves as the movement’s organized militia force and is commonly described as a paramilitary organization, as it operates outside the framework of a conventional state military while maintaining its own structure, discipline, and operational standards.

Unlike traditional armed forces that function under a recognized state authority, the Restoration Accord maintains an independent chain of command and internal organizational hierarchy, designed to ensure coordination, discipline, and operational effectiveness. Details regarding this command structure and the roles within it are outlined in the sections below.

The official motto of the Restoration Accord is “Our Service is Our Honor,” reflecting the organization’s emphasis on duty, loyalty, and collective commitment to the movement. In addition to the formal motto, members and supporters frequently use informal rallying expressions such as “Up the SAH!” and “819!” The phrase “819!” is a commonly recognized shorthand within SPM circles, representing “Hail Stoughism,” and is often used as a sign of allegiance and solidarity among participants.

The Restoration Accord has become particularly recognized for several operational and cultural characteristics. These include the production and occasional publication of short, highly edited media clips, coordinated large-scale raids and operations, rapid territorial expansion efforts, and the deployment of shock-style assault units designed for swift engagements. Restoration Accord [RA] Ranking Hierarchy :

The Restoration Accord (RA) maintains a clearly defined chain of command designed to ensure discipline, operational coordination, and effective leadership across all units. The ranking structure is outlined below.

1. RA Chairman

The RA Chairman serves as the highest-ranking authority within the Restoration Accord. This position oversees all major operations, strategic planning, and organizational decisions. The Chairman coordinates closely with the SPM Director, SPM Administrative Committee, SPM Vice Director(s), and the RA Vice Chairman to establish objectives, approve operational plans, and guide the overall direction of the organization.

2. RA Vice Chairman

The RA Vice Chairman serves as the second-highest authority and works directly alongside the RA Chairman. Responsibilities include assisting with operational planning, distributing and enforcing orders, maintaining internal discipline, and supporting diplomatic or organizational coordination when required.

3. RA Commandant

The RA Commandant functions as a senior field command authority. This role oversees active operations, ensures directives from leadership are properly executed, and supervises field activities to confirm that established plans and strategies are being followed.

4. RA Senior Officer

An RA Senior Officer is responsible for overseeing multiple operational squads, typically composed of two or more fireteams. Senior Officers maintain order among their units, communicate directives from higher command, assist with logistical coordination, and may contribute to the planning of smaller-scale operations.

5. RA Officer

The RA Officer commands individual fireteams, typically consisting of three to five personnel. Officers are responsible for maintaining discipline within their unit, executing and relaying orders from higher command, managing local supply resources, and directing activities such as reconnaissance, resource gathering, and tactical engagements.

6. RA Unit

An RA Unit represents the standard operational member of the Restoration Accord. Units serve under RA Officers and are commonly organized into fireteams. Their responsibilities include carrying out assigned missions, supporting territorial operations, conducting reconnaissance, and participating in combat or logistical tasks as directed.

7. RA Recruit

An RA Recruit is a prospective member undergoing evaluation, training, or security verification before being formally assigned to a unit. While recruits are typically in a preparatory role, they may be temporarily utilized in operational capacities when necessary.

Organizational Role :

The Restoration Accord operates strictly as the military and enforcement branch of the Stoughist Political Movement. It does not serve as a diplomatic or political communication body. Those responsibilities remain exclusively within the authority of official SPM party representatives and leadership.

SPM Official Flag - "Gold Dawn"

The official party flag of the Stoughist Political Movement, commonly referred to as the “Gold Dawn,” was created in November 2025. The design features a deep crimson background, symbolizing resolve, sacrifice, and unity. At the center of the banner lies the party emblem, framed by branching golden elements that extend outward from a two-toned golden ribbon positioned across the middle of the flag.

The surrounding golden branches form a circular motif, representing growth, continuity, and the expansion of the movement’s ideals. The use of gold and crimson reflects the SPM’s emphasis on tradition, honor, and disciplined organization. As one of the primary visual representations of the movement, the Gold Dawn is frequently displayed during official events, gatherings, and public demonstrations associated with the Stoughist Political Movement.

SPM Official Logo/Pin

The official emblem of the Stoughist Political Movement (SPM) was created on July 16, 2025, and serves as the primary identifying symbol of the organization. The emblem is most commonly used on official statements, documentation, publications, and communications, though it is also occasionally displayed as a lapel pin, armband insignia, or ceremonial badge worn by members.
